Shipping Policy
Please allow up to 10 business days for your order to be sewn and posted to you.
We use Australia Post for all Australian domestic and orders.
- Our flat rate shipping fee for regular Australia wide shipping with Australia Post is $12 per order.
* Local Pick-up is available for customers in the North Brisbane area. Please send me a message to organise this.
Delivery speed
Under normal circumstances:
- Same state: 2–5 business days
- Interstate (metro to metro): 3–6 business days
- New Zealand 7 - 12 days
- Express shipping is offered as a postage option for Australia wide shipping with Australia Post at $15.
- If you live near us we do offer click and collect available for the North Lakes area.
